Set Up Mobile IT Declaration Access Rights in greytHR

The Income Tax (IT) declaration helps the employees to share the details of all the IT expenses and investments planned for the current financial year. The employees can declare their income tax from their greytHR mobile application if you, as an admin, enable the IT declaration option.

The User Roles page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to configure the access rights for employees to declare their IT via the greytHR mobile application.

To view the User Roles page, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > User Administration > User > User Roles.

Configure access rights for Mobile Income Tax (IT) declaration

To configure the access rights for Mobile Income Tax (IT) declaration, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > User Administration > User > User Roles.

2. On the User Roles page, select the Employee card and click the Edit icon available on the card. A page opens.

3. From the Category dropdown list, in the search box, enter ePayroll.

4. In the Search search box, enter IT declaration in Mobile app.

5. Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide access to the IT declaration for the mobile app feature.

6. Click Save to update the changes and provide appropriate access to the users. A success message appears.
