The PSPs Output page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you, as a PSP, to share the output report with the customers. The page also displays the list of output cards that can be opened or locked. Customers can then download the reports from their admin portal.

To view the Output page, navigate to DataShare Hub > Outputs.

The first step for sharing outputs is to create an output category. After creating the category, navigate to the Output page and perform the following actions:

  1. Add the output files

  2. Edit uploaded output files

  3. Download the added files.

Add the output files

The output file is the report created by the PSPs. To add the output files, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to DataShare Hub > Outputs.

  2. On the Output page, select the required card and click Add Report. A Preview pop-up appears.

  3. In the Select File section, click Add Attachment. The dialog box appears.

  4. Browse to the folder in your system, select the required file you want to upload, and click Open.
Note: The Select Category option is mentioned by default.

  5. In the Remarks description box, enter a valid remark.

  6. Click Upload to upload the output report.
Note: You can upload the files in PDF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, XLS, XLSX, DOCX, RAR, BMP, and CSV format.

Edit uploaded output files

To edit the uploaded files, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to DataShare Hub > Outputs.

  2. On the Outputs page, select the required card, and click View More. The card opens and displays Assigned Users, Cut-off Date, File Uploaded, and Upload Status.
Note: You can click the Upload button to upload the new file.

  3. Under the Last Updated section, in the table, under the Actions column, click the Edit icon. The Edit pop-up appears.

  4. Update the required changes.

  5. Click Submit and Send button to edit the selected file.

Note: After uploading output files, on the right side of the screen, on the card, click Lock to lock the selected category. After locking the category, you cannot upload any output files.

Download the added files

To download the added files, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to DataShare Hub > Outputs.

  2. On the Output page, select the required card and click View More. The card opens and displays Assigned Users, Cut-off Date, File Uploaded, and Upload Status. You can also view the list of uploaded report files under the Last Updated section.

  3. On the right side of the screen, click the Download All button to download the uploaded report file.
Note: If you don’t have any files to upload in the output category, select the category and click Confirm on the right side of the screen on the card to lock the category.

After sharing the output reports with your customers, the customer's admin can view and download the output reports.
