Get Started with greytHR DataShare Hub for HR Admins

The greytHR DataShare Hub module is a centralized place where Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers can seamlessly exchange or share the necessary files with each other.
Using the feature, both PSP and customer admins can exchange data input and output files. Some common keywords to understand: 

• Inputs:  The data that PSPs require from customers to provide payroll services. 

• Outputs: The data that PSP shares with its customer.

To experience the DataShare Hub module, click the DataShare Hub icon in the main menu.

The workflow contains actions from two parties, i.e., you and your customer. The DataShare Hub can access different features for PSP and its customers based on functionality requirements. 

PSP process/workflow of DataShare Hub

1. PSPs request data from their customers by creating categories.

2. PSPs set the cut-off date for uploading files for their customers.

3. PSPs view created data inputs category.

4. Customers view requested categories and add the data inputs.

5. PSPs upload the data output file for customers.

6. Customers view and download the output files.
