Automate Date-Based HR Workflows with greytHR

Throughout an employee's lifecycle in an organization, the admin users need to perform numerous tasks based on important date-based events. Some common examples include successful employee onboarding, offboarding, retirement, contract/visa/passport renewal, and much more. These tasks involve actions and approvals from multiple stakeholders within a specified timeframe. Currently, the stakeholders track the tasks manually using pen and paper, calendars, and numerous email reminders.

To streamline the process, we have enhanced greytHR's existing Workflows module, which now includes various date-based events across the employee lifecycle. The workflows for date-based events enable you as an admin to create and manage all date-bound events from start to end.

Perform the following steps to create a smooth date-based event workflow:

1. Admin sets up the workflow policy for date-based events

2. Admin reviews and completes the tasks assigned for a date-based event

3. Reviewer completes assigned tasks for a date-based event

4. Admin extracts date-based event workflow reports through Query Builder
