Grant of Maternity Benefit Leave to Women Employees Engaged under Outsourcing Policy in Haryana

The Chief Secretary Office of Haryana has issued a notice regarding the grant of benefit of maternity leave to women employees with salary greater than Rs. 21,000 per month for which the indenting department will bear the costs during maternity leave to be paid to employees through HKRNL.

The Andhra Pradesh Labour Factories Boilers and Insurance Medical Services Department has notified the Amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Maternity Benefit Rules, 1966.The Amendment increases the nursing breaks from two to four breaks and introduces the provisions relating to creche facility.
