Salary is a key factor in motivating individuals to work, achieve career goals, and excel in their professions. A regular salary provides financial stability essential for meeting basic needs enabling a better quality of life.

The Salary Revision page in the greytHR ESS portal allows you as a manager to view your team members’ salary revision history. The page displays details such as the Last Revision Period, Last Revision Percentage, CTC Revision Timeline, and CTC Revision Details.

You can perform the following actions on the Salary Revision page:

1. View your team member's salary revision details.

2. View resigned team member's salary revision details.

View your team members’ salary revision details

To view your team members’ salary revision details, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, click Salary > Salary Revision.

2. On the Salary Revision page, from the Me dropdown list, under the Current tab, in the Search name or ID search box, type/select the team member whose details you want to view. The page displays details such as Duration since last revision, Last Revision Period, Last Revision Percentage, CTC Revision Timeline, and CTC Revision Details of the selected team member.

View resigned team members' salary revision details

To view the salary revision details, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, click Salary > Salary Revision.

2. On the Salary Revision page, from the Me dropdown list, click the Resigned tab. A list of resigned team members appears.

3. Select/Enter the name of the resigned team member. You can view details such as Duration since last revision, Last Revision Period, Last Revision Percentage, CTC Revision Timeline, and CTC Revision Details.
