Easily Apply for Requests Using greytHR's Request Hub

As employees, submitting requests for change in address, shift allowance, incentive payment, or travel approvals through emails or paper forms can be tedious and time-consuming. It often leads to delays, confusion, and a lack of clarity on the status of their requests. 

With greytHR's Request Hub, employees can now:

• Submit all types of requests through a centralized platform.

• Track the real-time status of their requests without constant follow-ups.

• Receive faster approvals with automated workflows, ensuring transparency and seamless communication.

Apply for requests

As an employee, you can apply for requests from the Request Hub page.

1. Select the Request type, add Remarks, and set the Priority Level.

2. Add a CC if you want to inform another employee about the request.

3. Complete the task, fill out the form, Mark as completed, and save the changes.

4. Click Submit.

Note: After submitting a request, it automatically moves to the Pending tab, where you can easily track its current status, view the timeline, and withdraw the request.

Points to note:

• If the request is withdrawn, approved, or rejected it moves to the Closed tab.

• If your admin enables the Reopen Request option you can also reopen your request.
