The Draft Madhya Pradesh Social Security Rules,2021 has been notified in the gazette on 01 March 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules extend to the whole of State of Madhya Pradesh.
Upon the Rules coming to force, it shall repeal:
- Madhya Pradesh Employees’ Insurance Court Rules, 1963;
- Madhya Pradesh Employees’ State Insurance (Medical Benefit Service System) Rules, 1959;
- Madhya Pradesh Supplies to the Hospitals Established under the Scheme of Employees, Estate Insurance Rules, 1981;
- Payment of Gratuity (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1973;
- Madhya Pradesh Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1962
- Madhya Pradesh Workmen’s Compensation (Occupational Diseases) Rules, 1963;
- Madhya Pradesh Workmen’s Compensation (Schedule III Parts ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ Occupational Diseases) Rules, 2001;
- Madhya Pradesh Maternity Benefit Rules, 1965
- Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules,2002
