Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act & Rules

Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules provides for the constitution of a fund for financing and conducting activities to promote the welfare of labour in the State of Telangana.  Under the Act, the employee, and the employer, contribute to labour welfare schemes. A separate board is constituted for this purpose under the Act with the members of employers, employees, and state representatives.
