The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules

The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an act to provide for the constitution of a fund for the financing of activities to promote the welfare of labour in the state of Odisha and for the establishment of a board for conducting such activities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

DATE OF DEDUCTION:30 June and 31 December
RETURNS:15 July and 15 January
  • Any Establishment/Employer employing 20 or more persons
  • All employees except employees working in part-time position,apprentice and managerial position

    This Act may be called the Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Act, 2005 and it is applicable to the entire state of Odisha
