The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an act to provide for the constitution of a fund for the financing of activities to promote the welfare of labour in the state of Odisha and for the establishment of a board for conducting such activities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Applicability

This Act may be called the Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Act, 2005 and it is applicable to the entire state of Odisha
