The Kerala Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act 1958
This Act provides for the grant of national and festival holidays to persons employed in industrial establishments in the State of Kerala. The minimum number of holidays provided as per the Act is 4 National holidays & 9 festival holidays in a calendar year.
