Rule 3(4): Every application for renewal of Registration Certificate made under section 4 of the Act shall be submitted by the employer to the Inspector of the area concerned in Form-III. The application for renewal of Certificate of Registration shall be accompanied by a challan for the fees prescribed in Schedule-I.
Rule 3(5):The period of renewal of Certificate of Registration shall be one year or up to three years from the date of its expiry, at the option of the employer.
