The manager of every factory in which workers are exempted for overtime, shall keep a muster roll in given format showing the normal piece work rate of pay, or the rate of pay per hour, of all exempted employees. In this manager shall enter the overtime hours of work and payments correctly for all exempted workers.
The muster roll shall always be available for inspection.
