Employer shall maintain Register of Employees under Regulation 32(1) and 32(1A) of ESI (General) Regulation, 1950, as amended from time to time, online.
Form 6 for each employer will be generated initially on the basis of the information available with the ESI Corporation. The employers can access the Register through the portal and update it on the basis of the latest employment position.
