The Draft Rules of Uttarakhand for the Code on Wages (“Draft Rules”) has been notified in the gazette on 25 February 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall extend to the whole of Uttarakhand, and they shall come into force after the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:
- The Uttarakhand (U.P) Payment of Wages Rules 1936; and
- The Uttarakhand (U.P) Minimum Wages Rules 1952.
