The Labour Employment Training & Factories Department of Telangana has issued an order with respect to the Registration and Renewable fee prescribed towards the Telangana Green Fund into the account of Telangana Haritha Nidhi from April 1st, 2022 under certain Acts.As per the order the registration and renewale fee prescribed towards the Telangana Green Fund will be into the account of Telangana Haritha Nidhi for the following Acts, namely:
- Registration or Renewal of License of contractors under Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation) Act, 1970
- Registration or Renewal of Licenses of Contractors under Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act, 1979
- Registration under the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996.
