The Additional Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram has issued letter to all NGOs, Companies, Hospitals, Banks, Schools,Labs, etc., the mandatory requirement of constituting Internal Committee and the comprehensive compliance checklist to be adhered to under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, & Redressal) Act, 2013.
