ESI provisions enforcement in Kandhamal district, Odisha
ESIC has notified that certain provisions of the ESI Act shall come into force in Kandhamal District in the State of Odisha from 01 December 2023.
With effect from 01 Dec 2023, the provisions of
sections 38 to 43 and section 45A to section 45H of Chapter IV;
sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, 80, 82 and section 83 of Chapter VI,
shall come into force.
