Considering the second wave surge of COVID-19, the ESIC has relaxed the provisions of Regulation 31 of ESI (General) Regulations, 1950, by allowing time extention to file the contributions of April month from 15 May 2021 to 15 June 2021.
Therefore, the contributions can be filed on or before 15 June 2021.
