The NCT Delhi Labour Department, asks the establishments to adopt a common display for compliance under the existing labour laws as a next step forward in simplifying the statutory compliances. The List of those compliances are:
Under Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation & Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
- Display of rates of wages, hours of work, wage period, date of payment of wages, name, and address of the Inspector (Rule 238).
- Display of date of unpaid wages (Rule 238)
- Display of period for which wages are paid, place, and time of disbursement (Rule 249)
- Display of rest day, or any change (Rule 235)
Under the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950
- Display of rates of minimum rate of wages, name, and address of the Inspector (Rule 22)
Under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Central Rules, 1946
- Display of period, and hours of work, working time (Rule 4)
- Display of holiday, pay day for wages as per rates of wages of the workers/employees (Rule 5)
- Display of rates of wages for all workers and all kind of work (Rule 6)
- Display of payment of unclaimed wages (Rule 6 & 11)
Under Delhi Contract Labour Rules, 1972
- Display of wage period, place, and time of disbursement, and wage period (Rule 71)
- Display of rate of wages, hours of work, name, and address of Inspectors (Rule 81)
