Amendment to Andhra Pradesh Maternity Benefit Rules, 1966
The Labour Factories Boilers & Insurance Medical Services Department has issued Amendment to Andhra Pradesh Maternity Benefit Rules, 1966.
This amendment is in respect to the following:
Creche Facility to woman employees.
Woman employee who are entitled to maternity benefit to give application to employer in Form Q for Work From Home facility.
Woman employee who are entitled to maternity benefit to give application to employer in Form P to enable commissioning mother and adopting mother to claim maternity benefit.
