IT, ITES Establishments' Exemption in Telangana

Government of Telangana vide notification no G.O.Ms.No. 25 hereby exempt all Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) and Information Technology Establishments in Telangana State from the provisions of opening and closing hours and daily or weekly hours of work and special provisions for young person, special provision for women and other holidays under the Telangana Shops and Establishments Act, 1988 for a period of five (5) years with effect from 30.05.2018, subject to the following conditions mentioned herein notifications.
