Every employer shall maintain a register in given format and get the signature or the thumb impression of every person employed upon wage disbursement.
Entries in the Register of Wages shall be authenticated by the employer or any person authorised by him/her in this behalf. Also, this register has to be produced for verification to the Inspector on demand.
