Form 13 - Transfer Claim Form

Employee has to furnish this Form to transfer the old PF balance details to new account. This is required when a member from one establishment moves to/ joins another establishment covered under the EPF Scheme.

A registered member can view details of only one account under one establishment. To transfer the previous account details and the fund balance to the new account, this Form has to be furnished.

EPFO introduces a new system to facilitate online submission of transfer claims by Members with an objective to make the transfer process transparent, efficient, and comfortable for you. A member has an option to submit claim either through the present employer or the previous one via Member Claims.


Employee can fill all such claim requests with ease and the employer can verify/correct member details, approve, and submit the requests online through Employer Claims . For online submission of the claims, the digital signature (Class II or above) of the authorized person is required.
