Form 10 - Register for Deductions for Damage or Loss

This covers establishment as well as employer particulars, nature of work, location of work, employee details, particulars of damage/loss, date of damage, whether opportunity to show cause is given, amount of deduction imposed, number of installments, recovery particulars, and last installment.

Employer shall maintain a register of deductions made from employees towards damage/loss as per the given format.
