Employer of a factory/establishment shall register within 15 days after the ESI Act becomes applicable and obtain Employer's Code No. for use in all ESIC Forms/documents and also for correspondence with various offices of ESIC.
Employer shall apply online for registration and various related activities associated with ESI Scheme.
