He advises on payroll, employment laws, and transformation initiatives, helping corporates optimize costs through effective salary structuring and use of double taxation and social security agreements. Vijay has also worked in Deloitte’s UK office. A Chartered Accountant, he contributes to leading financial publications and serves on the HR & Industry-Institute Interface (3I) Expert Committee at the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
