In the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, in rule (15), in sub-rule (1), after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
(e) guidelines on accessible sports complex and residential facilities for sports persons with disabilities, notified by the Government of India in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Department of Sports), vide notification number 7-6/MYAS/MDSD/2021 dated 13 th October, 2022, as amended from time to time:
