The Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) by its order exempts certain compliances under the Building and Other Construction Works (Regulation of Employment & Conditions of Service) Act relating to registration, renewal, annual contribution and any late fee or penalty applicable are waived off for a period of 3 months from the date of the attached order. As the COVID 19 pandemic situation surging with the second wave, and the lockdown imposed, the DBOCWWB has issued the abovementioned order.
