ESIC is receiving several representations about the problems faced by IPs during online submission of maternity benefit claims in the absence of UAN.
Hence ESIC has issued a circular directing its ROs and SROs to guide the Claimants who don't have UAN, properly through Branch offices in obtaining the UAN and submission of maternity benefit claims by logging in IP portal. Also it has advised to ensure that all cash claims are processed online only.
