The Government of Karnataka had issued a Notification dated 17-03-2023, correcting the wages fixed for skilled and semi-skilled category of employees in Zone II and Zone III. and now has published the Gazette Notification dated 30.05.2023 on the above.This revised rates of minimum wages are applicable to the Scheduled Employment in Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy (Ayush),and Allopathic Medicines (including production and advertising department).
The wages for the above categories of employees should be read as under:
Skilled Category in Zone (2): Rs. 564.59 per day and Rs. 14679.24 per month.
Skilled Category in Zone (3): Rs. 513.26 per day and Rs. 13344.76 per month.
Semi-Skilled Category in Zone (2): Rs. 558.54 per day and Rs. 14521.94 per month.
Semi-Skilled Category in Zone (3): Rs. 507.76 per day and Rs. 13201.76 per month.
