Guidelines to settle legitimate dues under Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 in West Bengal
The Government of West Bengal has issued guidelines to all employers to pay the bonus/ex-gratia to the eligible employees/workers before the commencement of the Durga puja, i.e. by 06 October 2023.
