ESIC has notified that with effect from 01 December 2023, certain provisions of ESI Act shall take effect in Pudukottai district in the State of Tamil Nadu. The following provisions of ESI Act,
- sections 38 to 43 and section 45A to section 45H of Chapter IV;
- sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
- sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, 80, 82 and section 83 of Chapter VI,
shall come into effect from 01 December 2023.
