ESIC, with effect from 01 May 2023, has implemented the provisions towards Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims) of the ESI Act, in Kavaratti, Agatti and Minicoy Islands of Lakshadweep.
