ESI provisions enforcement in Basti district, Uttar Pradesh
ESIC has notified that with effect from 01 December 2023, certain provisions of ESI Act shall be enforced in all areas of Mainpuri district, in addition to the already notified areas of the said district and in all the areas of Basti district, in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The following provisions of the ESI Act shall be enforced w.e.f. 01 December 2023.
sections 38 to 43 and section 45A to section 45H of Chapter IV;
sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, 80, 82 and section 83 of Chapter VI.
