The ESI Corporation, with effect from 01 October 2021, has implemented the provisions of Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), Chapter VI (Adjudication Of Disputes and Claims) in all the areas of Baksa, Charaideo, Dima Hasao, Hailakandi, Hojai and Kokrajhar districts of Assam.
