The field officers are directed to collect certain information from the principal employer in the prescribed format of the letter.
The PF Authorities may approach the member establishments for furnishing the details of the employees engaged through the contractor in connection with the work of the establishment.
The member establishment may ensure that the information as requested in the draft letter be kept ready so that the information could be made available to the PF department as and when called for.
