Enforcement of ESI provisions in certain districts of Maharashtra
ESIC has implemented the provisions towards Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims) of the ESI Act effective from 01 February 2023, in all the areas of Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Bhandara, Washim, Gadchiroli and Beed districts, in addition to the already notified areas of the said districts, and in all the areas of Latur, Osmanabad and Parbhani districts, in the State of Maharashtra.
