Amendment to Section 17 in Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act
The Government of Maharashtra has published the Maharashtra Labour Laws (Amendment) Act, 2023 through which has amended the provisions of Section 17 of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act.
