Price Increase - FAQs

greytHR prices will see a blanket hike of 15% from March 2023. That is, your total billed amount will go up by 15% each month. For example, if you pay a total of INR 1000/month today, it will increase to approximately INR 1150/month after the price hike. 

However, instead of the 15% blanket hike, if you choose to migrate to our new plans, you can avail of additional features at no extra cost. These new plans - the details of which can be viewed here - are priced at a relatively higher price point.

Customers will see a blanket price increase (i.e., the price increase applies to the total billed amount) of 15% on their current billed/invoiced amount. 

There is no hike in the prices of external add-ons (PMS and Recruitment modules).

This change in prices will be effective from 1st March 2023 for existing customers. That is, customer invoices from the month of March - which will be generated on 31st March / 1st April 2023 - will reflect the change in prices.

By default, your invoices will reflect the 15% price hike from 31st March 2023. No action needs to be taken for this.

Alternatively, you can move to the new plans which come bundled with additional features but at a slightly higher price point. This option can be accessed on the My Account page within the greytHR application by clicking on the Upgrade button.
