Follow up is an essential activity that knits different tasks together. This template would assist the HR team to formally follow up with parties involved in executing contracts or projects or procurement action due to any delays in completion. A delay in an activity or project could occur at the hands of employees or external agencies. Avoiding such hurdles or minimising their effect to ensure a seamless process is important.
