Vimson Group - Goa’ is a diversified business group with
a legacy of over 50 years, operating across sectors such as
mining, healthcare (including V.M. Salgaocar HOSPITAL),
finance, real estate, sports, and commodity trading. With a
wide-ranging workforce and six legally distinct business
entities, the group needed a centralized yet flexible HR system
to streamline processes and support long-term growth.
As operations scaled, manual processes and siloed tools
limited efficiency, visibility, and control, especially across
payroll, leave, compliance, and reporting. greytHR was

Each month-end cycle meant chasing timesheets, validating TDS, and manually stitching together salary data - often late into the night.
