Payroll shifted from manual, reconciliation-heavy execution to system-driven processing with integrated statutory calculations. Dual accounting entries were eliminated, and HR’s dependency on manual coordination significantly reduced.

Improved Field & Overtime Tracking

Geo-marking enabled better tracking for travelling employees and drivers, improving visibility into field movement and overtime patterns while reducing manual validations.

100% Digital ESS Adoption

Employee Self-Service was rolled out across the organisation, with mobile app installation built into onboarding. Leave requests, duty approvals, and attendance regularisation moved online, eliminating thousands of paper-based transactions.
