The Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India, has launched Online Registration/Licensing under Contract Labour (Regulation And Abolition) Act,1970, Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1979 and The Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service Act, 1996 through Shram Suvidha Portal. Therefore, all Principle employers/Contractors are hereby requested to apply for Registration/Licenses under above applicable acts Online only through Shram Suvidha portal.
