Application For Registration And Unified Annual Returns

The Application for Registration and Unified Annual Returns under The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971, has been changed based on the Rationalisation of Forms and Reports, under Certain Labour Laws (Amendment) Rules, 2017. This was published in the official gazette dated 29th December, 2017. The same for Application for Registration and Unified Annual Returns have been made applicable in the following:

• Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998
• The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1980.

These forms replace earlier forms for Application for Registration and Annual Return under all three Central Rules. The Unified Annual Returns shall be filed online at the Shram Suvidha Portal.
