As per notification No.CAIU/011(71)2016/PMRPY/Refund/16626, EPFO has given certain instructions to its regional offices towards the employers whose Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana (PMRPY) beneficiaries has been blocked. As per the instructions mentioned, employers are directed to verify and certify the genuineness of the beneficiaries for availing further benefits under PMRPY Scheme and submit the information to the respective EPFO offices. A notice is being issued to all such establishments with details towards the same for further action.
