Enhancement of wage ceiling limit under Employees Compensation Act

The Government of India vide its notification no S.O. 71(E) dated 03.01.2020 has enhanced the wage ceiling under the Employees Compensation Act, from Rs. 8,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- per month with effect from 3rd January, 2020.
