The word 'Pondicherry' has been replaced with the word 'Puducherry’ in the following places:
- An annual return has been replaced with Combine Annual Return in Form-19
- The following existing returns have been omitted now:
- Form-21 prescribed under Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 110
- Form-22 prescribed under Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 110,
- Form-29 prescribed under Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 111,
- Form-30 prescribed under Rub-Rule (2) of Rule 111,
- Form-31 prescribed under Sub-Rule (3) of rule 111,
- Form-32 prescribed under sub-rule (5) of rule 110
This is effective from 6th November, 2017, in the Pondicherry Factories Rules- 1964.
