Amendment in the West Bengal Shops and Establishments Act, 1963

Now the employer and shopkeepers can maintain a record of the people they employee, either manually or electronically. This can be done with accordance to the rules, already set. The amendment has been made in the West Bengal Shops and Establishments Act, 1963.
