Form XX - Register of Deductions for Damage or Loss

Contractor shall maintain a register as per the given format, contract wise, principal employer wise, and establishment wise.

This covers establishment as well as principal employer particulars, nature of work, location of work, employee details, particulars of damage/loss, date of damage, whether the opportunity to show cause is given, amount of deduction imposed, number of installments, recovery particulars, and last installment.
